Anyone out there?

I know people are checking out this site, and that's cool, but let me know blogger pals, if you're still kicking.
Life has been good thus far in the Back Forty. Can get boring , but have decided to get on the ball, and do some learning on my own. Have to get better at Greek. I know enough to have had a conversation with my grandmother and an uncle in Greece. Wow. First time I spoke to them in their language. A great feeling, let me tell you. What's weird tho is the fact that I write it better than I speak it. Usually you speak the language before you write it, but I've been learning to read, spak and write simaultaneously, so it's been very interesting. I'd love to be able to speak like, say 10 languages fluently. That would so rock, because you'd be at home just about anywheres. Maybe before I die someday I will speak: Greek, Italian, Portugese, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, and American Sign language. Okay, the Greek, French and sign I know a bit...soI'll start with that. Lots of French speaking people in this town so it would be easy to get someone to help with the language bit anyhoo. Sooo...Blogger question time...what languages (other than English) can you speak, and if you could learn a new language tomorrow, what would you like to learn? Lastly, if you want to learn a new language, what is stopping you? Have a great day, Blogger friends. Make it a special one.
