Its been a few days/A few of my favorite things

Yeah...I took a liitle break from my computer the past few days.....I wanted to do a post on stuff or things I love...mainly cause lately I've been ranting like crazy, and I wanted to switch it up a little bit. It may not be as amusing as my rants, but fear not, gentle reader, I'll be back to my bad ass self in short order.
Lets see....I love summer....even tho I didn't get outdoors a lot this year, I have to say the warm weather is appreciated in Stranger's corner of the world. My mom has a garden in the back, with all kinds of flowers, as well as herbs like basil and parsley, and this year it looks like we'll have a bumper crop of tomatoes. So the garden makes the house look pretty and the birds appreciate the shade they provide when we put their cages outside.
Speaking of flowers..I loooooove lillies...I just love the way they look, and I love the smell. The ones mom planted in the garden were just incredilble this year.
I love the birds, especially my bud Casey. I wish he wasn't sleeping right now, because usually whenever I'm on the computer, he's perched on my left shoulder.
Believe it or not, I do have a fave commercial...it'sthat Capitol One commercial with the song "Hands in my pocket"...Its clever in my opinion, and I never get nauseated by the commercial. I also liked the commercials that had the pillagers..taking on new jobs..funny as hell.
I love my family (of course).
I love getting comments about my blog! I think its far more rewarding when someone gives you a nice compliment about your blog entry than writing the blog itself. So am grateful for the comments..keep em coming. As well, those that take the time to answer my blog question, or take on a blogger challenge.
Hmmmm....now that I think of it..I do have a challenge for ya'll..I'll give you the chance to choose what my next blog entry will be about. If I get some good topics from you, then I'll do more than one entry..some guidelines..has to be a topic that you think I may have sufficient knowledge about already..don't give me a topic that requires me to do research. Second..don't give me topics that relate to religion or politics. Third..keep it clean. Pop culture topics are a good place to start. I do hope that my blogger family will rise to the challenge. You can give me more than one topic idea. Lets make this worthwhile..hmmm....the person who has the best topic idea will be included in one of the Pizzaslinger stories, dishing out some serious ass kicking to enemies who would try to destroy Pizzaslingers abilities to make her heavenly pizzas. Yes..I will write a story about YOU...of course, seeing as I haven't seen you face to face, my description of you may be vastly different from what you look like in real life...but that may not be a bad thing. Also, I will give you credit in the entry for the idea. So I will give everyone one week from today (Monday) to come up with a good topic. Please please please give it a shot..I think this could be fun. If you're a person who has neber commented on this blog before..you can post as anonymous, but give yourself a pseudonym so that you can be identified in the Pizzaslinger story should you win the challenge. Okay, thats all I got for now, so lets hear the ideas!!!
