Another week is done...

Hello Blogger pals! As the title suggests, I am now off until Sunday morning. Mmmm...One whole day off...after that I doubt I'll have any more. A co-workerof mine offerred to get me in touch with a friend of hers who needs some cleaning done at a local bowling alley on weekends. Just in the mornings for approximately 4 hours. The pay is good and it fits into my schedule. I hope that I can get started right away. Ya I know...this is a lot, but am ok about it. As long as I can pay my bills I don't care.
Okay, so today I had my Grad photos done. Never mind the fact that my hair just wouldn't work for me today. I worked at the Bistro from 8-2pm, then dashed home to shower and attempt to subdue this unruly mop of hair. I tried curling it....3 times...and in 5 minutes it turned to a limp wave. Then I put on my makeup. Was looking for my stage makeup as that stuff covers everything, and wouldn't you know it, it's nowhere to be found. I have to admit I don't like wearing gobs of foundation on my face, but I had some dark circles under my eyes and I looked tired. Believe me...I have enough makeup on my face to make a drag queen jealous. So I go in to get the pic done, and they only allow one pose for the entire package, never mind that it's costing my parents an arm and a leg. I had 3 great shots to choose from, and would have liked to have parts of the package made up with each of these pics, but no luck, so I opted for the one that has me wearing a Grad cap, so you can't see much of my hair anyways. I should've just left it down. Anyhoo, the photographer was super nice and offered to keep the pictures on file for me so that sometime down the road, I can get some more pics. I guess I will....once I can afford it. I felt a little down tho after seeing my pics on the computer screen, because I am bloated today, and my face looked a little fuller than usual. Oh well....I didn't really want to get them done, but I made the effort to look nice in them so I hope they're happy. I didn't have the full amount, but they're allowing me to pop in on Tuesday to pay the rest, and seeing as I get paid next week, I will pay a little extra for them to fix up the picture a bit....ummm...like getting rid of the dark circles under the eyes.
