Insomnia strikes again!
Hello my wild and crazy Blogger pals! Yes, I'm still alive...wow..Tequila Party was successful...we polished off the 26'er and I didn't suffer too much. Nothing that half a Gravol wouldn't fix. So I'm up and it's almost time for me to get up and put in a long day at work. Fun times. It's all good.
So this week I'm getting some grad photos done. I have to book a hair appointment because I promised my mother I wouldn't look like a hippie with my long hair hanging down. She wants my hair to be up, perhaps in a bun, and I've tried to do that myself, but a million bobby pins wouldn't keep this mop under control. So, I will need some proffessional help. Perhaps with a few layers of glue and shellac will keep the Lethbridge wind at bay. What I dislike about this whole ordeal is that the pics are soo expensive. I've decided to bite the bullet and get original prints done (untouched FYI because they're the cheapest at $249 for a package), so am really loading up this week on the face cream and under eye gel to help keep the fine lines down. Although I don't care that much.I mean, I wouldn't care at all if the biggest pic my mom ordered was an 8x10...however, she wants a 16x20, wich means, my dear friends, that if I don't take good care of this mug, come friday, those lines are going to be as deep as the Grand Canyon. So...notes to self here...have to drink lots of water....use the creams, and ....most importantly...get plenty of sleep...oh yeah, and wear lots of makeup (hey, that's what they asked for). I find posing for pics like this rather amusing. I must say I don't consider myself very photogenic, and it seems that everytime someone snaps a shot of me, I have a zit or I'm really tired in the photo, or there's the infamous candid camera shot where I look like a deer caught in the headlights. Hmmm...imagine if I had to go to photo shoots all the time...man that would suck. But, I'm anticipating it being par for the course once my career really takes off, so I guess I'm gonna have to suck it up. Okay hmmm.....Blogger question time....other than the plans I already have to get myself photogenic, are there any other remedies to make me look as good as I should in these pics? I've heard of people putting hemmoroid cream under there eyes to reduce puffiness....but I really don't feel right about putting something on my face that should be placed ummmm.....elsewhere, if you catch my drift. Any good beauty tips would help right about now. Oh, and another Blogger question (in case you're a guy who doesn't feel too comfortable giving out beauty tips ) what was the worst pic ever taken of you (just describe it---the who, what, when, where, why). Mine was a Grade 8 photo ...picture a seriously bad afro and thick glasses...it was so bad even my teacher was rendered speechless. Needless to say, I ripped up most of those pics. Hmmm....I told my mom that getting me a perm was a bad idea...
So, big shout out to all my loyal fans....I'm glad to be back, and happy to keep visiting your sites. Keep on Bloggin!

Worst pics eh? There's been so many. I would have to say my photos from my grad day. The dress I was wearing was freakin' hideous and my hair looked like a lion's mane. Yikes! I made my mom move my photo from out of the living room. But she keeps moving the thing back...grr...:)
My hair was a disaster until about the age of 17. So yeah, pretty much anything before then is bad!...
And as a guy, typically, my 'beauty regime' is pretty limited. Face scrubs, moisturiser... the occasional face-mask. Nothing fancy. ;)
